Boxrec ranks Collazo the 45th best welterweight in the world which is about right in my opinion. Crawford defending his title against such a low rated boxer is a disgrace. The WBO should not allow this fight to be for their title. Their own rules say the champion must fight someone in their top 15 rankings and of course Collazo is not in their rankings at all. Collazo is in nobody's top 15. The WBO is giving Crawford a pass to fight an unranked boxer.
