he was obviously trying to make Golovkin commit to something

but Golovkin kept them hands at home when he realized how sharp Canelo is

come on man, where was all that killer bodywork ?

you are acting like Canelo did nothing, but ignoring the fact that Golovkin did nothing lol..... where was all that killer bodywork ?

Canelo out-boxed Golovkin, then he out-punched Golovkin

Canelo out sweet scienced Golovkin in the first fight and beat him Mexican style in the second fight. Proof is in the pudding.

Also, jabs are not equal to clean power punches, especially measuring jabs.

We are talking about the first fight here. He didn't go to the body which I've criticized him for. However when fighters get in the ring it's about what both guys do. When a fighter switches up his style if he feels it's appropriate it shouldn't be held against him if what he does is effective. The simple fact was Canelo avoided exchanging with Golovkin gave up the center of the ring, and couldn't control the pace of the fight. He stuck to a game plan that wasn't working. He got out pointed. If you recall Canelo said he would KO Golovkin. He didn't so by your logic he should be deducted points. He could not take away Golovkin's jab which he also failed to do in the second fight. Again by your logic he should be deducted points. The fact that Canelo didn't go to the ropes in the second fight by your logic should be held against him because he's used that tactic in the past and it was sucessful just as Golovkin has attacked the body in the past. The guy lost both fights on points. He was outboxed by Golovkin both times. The first time he lost by 4 rounds the second was closer but other than some facial swelling on Golovkin Canelo was the one who faded late in the fight and was hurt. The second was a good fight and I commend Canelo for giving it his all but he came up short IMO and the opinion of most knowledge boxing writers. Yes the judges got it wrong both times.

These people have nothing but hate. It's ok that they don't like a fighter but please people quit twisting the facts!!
Canelo has a great resume for his age and will beat the Jacobs and Charlo's alike! I don't see any threat really at 160!
But that is my opinion! Charlo has not even faught anybody yet! Why are you snowflakes even mentioning his name like he is a God or something!
            Please just grow up!
Im like you I want to see them fight but even if Canelo wins??? Theyll find a NEW boogeyman. Most likely at higher weights of course.

Win or lose i just want to see Canelo fight the best. You notice GGG fans NEVER want that??? They want Vanes and EASY KO's every fight.

Ok Canella, if you want to prove you are really the best, then line up Charlo, Jbobs, and Boo Boo Andrade in any order you choose. You’re in your prime. Knock them off in their prime, then your are the best. Otherwise stfu !

Except all the times Canelo wasn't part of it. Like the Smith fight. Or before the second GGG fight. And others. But apart from those.
