The level of disrespect on this forum for most boxers is pretty bad.

The only time I accept that the level of boxer we regularly discuss deserve criticism is when they fight a heavily overmatched opponent for decent money whilst the poor sap in the other corner gets paid buttons. The term tune up makes me wince a bit.

You are never going to convince AJ fans their guy didn't do everything they could to make the fight.

When it comes to AJ, it's okay for him and his promoter to ghost Wilder not once but twice, both in Nov 2017 and this past summer. It's okay for them to offer the guy that promises to be the most lucrative fight that AJ has ever had the lowest percentage of any champion or former champion AJ has ever fought. It's okay for them to keep insisting he sign lowball contracts even after it is abundantly clear he is worth much more BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION AND ACTIONS.
