He has been taller than everyone he's faced until now. It's not rocket science dude.
I know why he needs to go to the body mate, the thing is since hes never built that aspect to hes game its likely to be found wanting trying to do it for the first time in hes biggest fight. Taller fighters often make great body punchers, like Hearns and Mcclellan, but Wilder never bothered to develop that part of hes arsenal. Now he needs it he might find its like Hayes come forward stalking game was against Wlad. Not very effective.

Theres always exceptions to every rule, though im not sure Canelo did very well in that one. I come back to Haye stating, like Wilder, that he realised he had to change hes style for the big one. Its a tall order, and Haye couldn't do it with Wlad. I dont think Wilder, on the night, will be able to find these aspects to hes game that he never bothered to develop. But we'll soon see.

He's right however. At some point, Wilder is going close the distance, find him and then start touching and catching him flush.

When that happens all bets are off. Then the bout will turn into a firefight in which Fury cannot win. There's no way Tyson Fury can match the firepower of Deontay Wilder's. Eventually, Fury gets broken down and then knocked out.
I cant find your actual reply, but i saw someone elses response to it so I'll answer you here. If Sconier can hurt Wilder, who was also hurt by guys like Molina btw, Fury surely can.Dont worry about Ortiz, who was old, suffering high blood pressure and an ex juicer whos best win is Jennings. He had Wilder in trouble, but was too gassed to press the advantage. 5 inches in height, a decade in age and lack of cardiovascular illness will make a difference. Fury actually boxes well for hes height, as even Steward noted and nullifying Wlad wasnt done with smoke and mirrors. Wilders lack of durability may make Fury all the puncher he needs to be in this one. The low workrate will see him fall behind as he did with Washington and other unknowns. This time he may not have the same gas later on due to him actually taking some shots in hes usual safety zone of long range. Wilder has a good right hand, low workrate, and has never displayed the body attack that he seems to himself think he might need here. He'll probably get hes ears totally boxed off here, but who knows?

But yes, fury will have to fight fire with fire at times. You can become predictable in defence and offense is best defence sometimes
Smell the roses people, Fury will do a slow, messy, defensive fight with the aim of a UD.

Only thing that stops that is if Wilder KOs him.

Sure, he can trade with wilder but he'll be trading pebbles for boulders.

Since when did going to the body require such technical expertise. It doesn't take a whole new skill set to punch to the body.

Conn was a light-heavyweight, he would have made supermiddle today. Amazing how he stuck in their for so long against the Joe Louis

AJ the Cowardly Champ will be watching this fight on his knees.

Praying to Allah with shaky hands in between rounds.

Hoping that somehow Tyson Fury wins by UD.

It does to do it effectively enough to slow someone down. Surely you heard people constantly referring to how Golovkin couldn't do it to Canelo for fear of being countered? For an exaggerated example of someone throwing to the body without knowing what he was doing, see Ruddock vs Lewis. The thing is Wilder coming forward with a body attack standing right in punching range is something hes never done by choice because he's not comfortable doing it. Hence the sitting back at range looking for one big bomb that has seen him falling behind in a few fights.
