  • Comments Thread For: Fury: At Some Point, I'll Have To Stand and Fight With Wilder

Conventional wisdom has 6-foot-9 lineal champion Tyson Fury (27-0, 19 KOs) -- dimensions aside --using similar chicanery to neutralize and dethrone the 6-foot-7 Bronze Bomber" Deontay Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs), a 2008 Olympic bronze medalist seeking an eighth straight knockout in as many WBC heavyweight title defenses against "The Gypsy King" thanks primarily to his lights-out right hand.

Wilders talking about changing style. Body attack? When you have to change your style in your biggest fight, you're in trouble.

You're right. Just like Canelo was when he fought GGG last September.

Fury sounding quite lucid in his analyses. Worrying signs for Wilder, but then again...

Me too, it's this year's favorite of mine and I still can't pick a winner. I truly hope that no freak accidents happen from now to December 1st.

That isn't true. Fury spent 12 rounds in a staring contest with Wlad. Fury doesn't get in many exchanges, and honestly neither does Wilder. Wilder stays on the outside looking to land a big right hand. In fact, the opening rounds of any Wilder fight looks a lot like the Wlad-Fury fight.

Yea but canelo was already in the ring with GGG before, this is wylders 1st time fighting fury and is talking about changing style i would have to agree with what mindgames said about it being dangerouse to change your style fighting a new opponent!! im pulling for wylder to win, but fury is just one of those naturally tough britts that can fight you drunk and out of shape!! but maybe the damage hes done from drinking and drugs will catch up to him in this fight, i thought fury was older but hes only 30. props to wylder for taking this risk!! this will be a scary message to jashua if wylder pulls it off!!

Tyson Fury is most dangerous when hurt.

Check all of his previous fights when he gets hurt.

He counters like a demon with opponents running at him.

                  Wilder is in big trouble.

                  Fury will bully him inside

Fury will box his head off outside

Wilder needs to fight his straight right hand and finish the job immediately after or it's going to be a bad bad night.
