I just think the entire tournament was fixed from the beginning to get Adams and Mosley Jr in the finals because the latter carries a name to generate revenue for the fight and viewers to Contender. And Adams was clearly the best fighter in the tournament from day 1. He fought the better opposition throughout his career versus the other fighters including Mosley. Adams fought 10 rounds with Willie Monroe Jr. and he fought in an ESPN boxing tournament before contender where he made it to the finals before losing to John Thompson who was on the Contender too back in 2015 before his layoff.
And last night was the 1st, 10 round fight Mosley. He has never been knocked down or out and any of his 14 fights including last night. But he has never fought anyone either. So the contender knew ahead of time that Mosley could probably go the distance and he carried a name against a fighter that was the most polished in the tournament.Comment

The funniest thing I saw was years ago when Emanuel Steward was commentating a fight with Jim Lampley and Naazim said in the corner I believe to Shane Mosley “swim without getting wet.” And Jim asked Emanuel what that meant and he said, “I have no idea.” LMAO!!! Honestly, I thought about having sex with a woman and wearing protection to not contract anything when he said that. But Naazim is real funny!!!!Comment

On top of that, Adams is a great guy, very likable. It is nice when a story comes a long like his......like when a fighter says they were watching TV and got the call and then next thing, they get a big fight or a big win. In Adams case, he wasnt thinking about or planning on the tournament and then next thing, he wins it. Middleweight is thick but I hope he can makes some money. 250K is really nice but with taxes and trainer fees, the best thing for him is to parley that success into some nice money fights. I hope Eric Hunter gets some nice paydays too.Comment

Yea. Sent me a pm. I still call bs cuz I don't think the boxers are that quality of actors to stage everything nor would they lose fights on purpose with $250K on the table. The whole reason the guys chosen where chosen is cuz they had some story that if they were to win a fight or win multiple fights on the way to win this tournament it'd be interesting for fans to hear. So we mighta not even have heard the best story cuz the guy with the best story took an L in the first round or w/e.
You can't control the stuff being alleged by that guy w/o the whole tournament being staged or if you have more confidence then most boxing fans had in either Adams (who's been off 3 f#cking years) & Mosley (who'd had a 3-2 record vs guys with a winning record going into this tournament).Comment

Okay my bad. I misunderstood you. I thought you were saying he got hurt back in Apr/May when they filmed the tournament, minus the fight last night obviously, & thats why he lost his fight to Eric Walker.
That sh^t you're showing looks serious as f#ck & like it just happened a couple weeks ago.
Wish Thompson the best in overcoming that injury for his regular health not just his in the ring health cuz that seems like it could f#ck up his regular life not just his boxing life.Comment

The people need to listen right now ok ? I heard about 6-7 months ago that Brandon Adams was set up to win the whole thing vs Mosley in the final ! Either that guy was talking bs and he just had a really lucky prediction or this whole tournament was a setup ! Now hearing you say the same thing I'm sure of it.
