Yes, Haymon and Quillin both thought he was better than he really was. They knew he couldn't beat Korobov, but they figured he would beat Andy Lee. Lee was the guy he fought after vacating to avoid Korobov. That fight ended in a draw.

And we are talking Canelo here. The biggest draw in boxing today. Literally, the biggest draw in boxing. You really think that Jermall and Al would turn down over $5 million and a fight that would turn Jermall into a much bigger star with a win.

the only way charlo gets 5 million is if he fights a 3 fight deal with dazn, there is no more ppv money on canelo fights, so opponents like charlo, andrade or jacobs can only get big money by signing to dazn..

And yes, I think Triple g deserves a Canelo rematch and I also feel Jacobs deserves to fight Canelo.

Because you run with the narative and have no interested in what actually goes on . "The judges gave him the win, so...."
This is the same as people who say Drake is a better emcee than Ghostface.

These don;t determine who is more skilled. Canelo standing in the middle of the ring is not generalship and it is DEFINITELY NOT applying pressure when GGG was never on the ropes.

There are such things as errors and just like the record labels sign **** artists and **** fans conceive them as great, the NSAC appoints **** judges who judge the narrative and not the fight. **** fans then go, "well hey, i'm not a judge".**** fans percieve it as a great win for Canelo
73% of full fledged boxing judges gave Gennady the win for a reason.

Charlo deserves it cause he's the mandatory. That's the only reason.
But I really don't think he's done enough to warrant being a mandatory. Same thing with Andrade. He hasn't done anything for Canelo to consider fighting him.
Even though they'd be great fights, I rather have Canelo fight Jacobs first cause I feel he's earned it.
