Well who do you think Canelo would rather fight? A guy he probably believes he beat at least once and did solid ppv numbers with...or some no name guy who hasn't proven himself to be able to sell a fight at all. Not to mention ggg is clearly past it and charlo is in his prime. Canelo has been in twice with ggg...charlo is an unknown risk with a much lower reward.

Ggg ain't trying to "earn" anything at this point in his career. He's not some upstart...he wants another big retirement payday.

Look at Canelo's resume, he fights risky fights he doesn't have to. I genuine believe that money isn't everything to Canelo.

I have absolutely no doubt that Charlo and Haymon will be more than willing to fight Canelo on DAZN. Haymon isn't ****** and he doesn't let his rivalries cost his fighters millions of dollars. Haymon advised Jacobs to sign with Hearn and to sign a deal with HBO. A Haymon fighter signed a contract with hbo.

Haymon and Charlo both realize who the "A side" is. They both know that if Canelo offers them a fight that it will have to be on DAZN.

DAZN might be the only player in this deal who would try to scuttle the fight. DAZN wouldn't want a PBC fighter coming and beating the guy they just guaranteed $365 million to.

I guess you don't remember Al Haymon advicing Kid Chocolate Peter Quilin to turn down 1.5 million to fight Matt Korobov for the WBO belt only to fight Danny Jacobs for alot less and then getting knocked the fucc out in the first round....

Yes, Haymon and Quillin both thought he was better than he really was. They knew he couldn't beat Korobov, but they figured he would beat Andy Lee. Lee was the guy he fought after vacating to avoid Korobov. That fight ended in a draw.

And we are talking Canelo here. The biggest draw in boxing today. Literally, the biggest draw in boxing. You really think that Jermall and Al would turn down over $5 million and a fight that would turn Jermall into a much bigger star with a win.

I wasn't saying who GGG will fight, but who he should if he seriously wants another shot at Canelo. He can't Fight anybody other than one of the other top 3 or 4 boxers in the division if he seriously wants that trilogy fight afterwards - at his age he may as well retire if he's looking at a fringe contender or lower.

I caught that one also. Flip side is he can offer Jacobs/GGG winnerhen vs. Caneelo. Or Jacobs/Canelo rematch immediately. DAZN is in a VERY great spot to be a MW. They got the 3 of the 5 best. Saunders works with them also. Only one hard to make is Charlo fights. And of course GGG if signs with Top Skank.

GGG will not fight Jacobs again. The only way he signs with dazn is if Oscar give him a guarantee on a third fight with Alvarez.
