We're going to see where Donaire really stands against Tete. It looks to me that he was on his way to knock out Burnett before the latter's injury.

Due to the Frank Warren connection, I see Tete/Donaire taking place in the UK.

Donaire /Inoue would be amazing! A dream fight for sure. Depending on how Donaire continues to look in this tournament will give the potential classic even greater appeal. Clearly Donaire has been on the decline but he's such a huge name and can still fight. He's a natural weight so a clash would Inoue would be great to watch. If he were to make it to the end it would be incredible. If he wins, wow! I see Donaire as the underdog but imagine if he still has a few great fights left in him.

Nonito wishing Tete breaks his back in the next round.

I mean fair play to Nonito cuz if a mfer hurts himself & can't continue you do win. Thats just how it works. But he got a miracle in that first fight that he was competitive in although was still clearly losing up til the point of the injury & more than likely woulda lost if Burnett hadn't been injured.

Truly a shame as it was shaping up to be a good fight. But too wishful to say that burnett would've won that if it weren't for the injury since as you said donaire was competetive and he wasn't losing clearly since rd 3 is clearly donaire so does the rd 4 up until the inhury. Donaire was also landing heavy shots on burnett everytime in the corner. Though we will have to see how he performs against tete to see if he still got it cause tete didn't also look good against aloyan.

I had it Burnett winning the first 2 rounds with Donaire winning the 3rd. Good fight and was expecting fireworks in mid to late rounds.

I hope after these next 2 fights he retires. His legacy is secured. Just hope he has enough in the bank to last him through his well deserved retirement.
