Donaire's career is underrated. After he lost to Rigo people were calling him overrated and ripping him, but just look at his resume and accomplishments. He lost to Rigo because Rigo is one of the most talented boxers ever. Say what you want about the guy, but Rigo was quite something in his day. I don't think we even saw a prime Rigo as a pro. Unfortunate.

I really wanted Top Rank to make Loma-Donaire back in 2015. Shame they never did. Would have been a good test for Loma at the time.

      I agree with you

Seems to be a lot more injury’s these days . Shame for Burnett tonight he’s a decent fighter

Hopefully he gets himself sorted and comes back . Back injury’s can be a nightmare though

Rough way to lose. Haven't seen the fight yet but sad to hear it ended as it did.

Haven't seen much from donaire in this fight due to the injury so its too early to tell. We'll have to see how he performs against tete.

Apparently Burnett hurt his back in camp...tried to tough it out..reinjured during fight.

            Really should've postponed the fight

You could say it was luck but you're making it sound that if it weren't for the injury burnett would have won but donaire was very much in the fight and i wouldn't be surprised if someone had him up 2-1 and has him winning the fourth before the injury.

Yes, from Haye and hes shoulders, biceps, ankles, Groves shoulder, Joshuas shoudler. James Toney even stated that the only time he ever tore hes bicep and did hes ankle was when he started with weights. You're right about backs. Its the hardest one to get over. May never be the same again. The old timers knew this stuff, your unlikely to hurt yourself with Calithenics for a bit of extra strength if you need it.

Great post. Nonito would have lit loma up. Loma couldnt even beat a garbage man Salido.

Well, we would never know now. I think it would have been a good name on Loma's resume, which is why I was pushing for it in 2015.
