there is no "gypsy community", and I know firsthand lol

There are "gypsy communities" but they are all have differences, one being their recognised nationality. You think romany gypsies believe they're Irish? come on mang it's not that simple. Also if you spend most of your life living in Great Britain and have British citizenship then you're British whether you recognise it or not. If you want to choose NOT to be British you have to go to the embassy, fill out some forms and hand back your passport I think (there's certainly a process)

I'm a big Fury fan, but I'm not going to deny that he is resentful, jealous even, of the love AJ gets from British fans, which is understandable. But before all that kicked off they were friendly and respectful with each other, and I'm sure that, on a personal level, there is no real beef between them.

Is it just me or has the entire promotion for this fight been centered around a guy thats not even fighting? lol I feel like they've talked about Joshua more than they've talked about eachother. They might as well give that man a split of their purses. Hopefully when this is over we finally can get Joshua vs Wilder or Fury already. Im almost as tired of hearing of these 3 as I am of Khan and Brook potentially fighting. The HW division is so trash

Watch the rogan interview .... its furys arze that blows out when joe mentions Joshua
Lot of worrying comments in that interview. His head trainer is some random dude who can chat up chicks in bar, his strength and conditioning coach worked with Fury as if he was a middleweight, and he's not doing anything different in camp to prepare for Wilder because he "doesn't need to". Maybe it's all BS but he sounded sincere and you could see Joe Rogan looked worried and maybe even a bit embarrassed for him. Did Fury even watch his own comeback fights? The other guy and Pianeta are hardly comparable to Wilder and Fury didn't even look that good against them ffs.

Fury has said that he's not English, but "ethnic" - whatever that means! I don't think he has ever denied being British though.

I think Fury really needs to believe Joshua is a fake and doesn’t have balls to make him feel better about how much love Joshua gets.

Joshua has never looked scared of a scrap in the ring, where it matters, to me. You don’t get up after that kind of shot from Klitschko and come back to win if you don’t have balls.

Fury and Wilder need to remember they are fighting each other next, not Joshua

Of course you're right on it not being that simple, nothing ever is; I was generalizing based on past experience. The vast majority of gypsies in the UK are of the irish traveller variety these days. I'm not sure if many of the ones I've come across over the years had much in the way of documentation regarding citizenship of any country - the police certainly had issues pinning down individuals and their true iden******. Although as with any community, the vast majority get on with everyone just fine but dodgy individuals tend to get entire communities tarred with the same brush. It's similar to someone from Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland wishing to be recognized by their individual country rather than as being British - but most of them tend to lose a lot of the tribal animosity after spending some time outside of their homeland (I include myself in that regard after living 20-odd years of my life in England).
Regarding true romany gypsies; I don't think I've seen any for the best part of 30 years, which is a shame as they seemed a friendly lot to my at the time childish mind.
