Why would he want a rematch when he was getting beat up for most of the fight?

He barely beat a sparring partner. He's already lost to g.

Charlo and Canelo are both clearly a league above Danny. Jacobs-Andrade would be a good fight though.

And sh^t man its early to be talking about anything right now any damn way. Everyone at 160 should be sitting on their hands til Canelo calls his next shot cuz his 168 fight is just around the corner so unless you are fighting in late Dec or early Jan you might be left in the dust as a potential next Canelo opponent/lotto winner.
Yes sir. Everybody needs to be in wait and see mode. And you can’t knock anyone for playing it smart and trying to get paid vs Alvarez, who in his last fight showed me pretty much everything I wanted to see in big time boxing. Alvarez against any of the top middleweights is must see TV. Can’t go wrong w any of the matchups.

Jacobs has the IBF, Andrade has the WBO, Canelo has the WBA and WBC,
Jermall Charlo is the WBC mandatory (Golovkin wanting no part of the fight eliminates the dispute), and Brant has the WBA medal (technically, the WBA is on a 16 month mandatory schedule for the Super champion to face the regular champion, but doubt that they stick to that anyway).

                    Let the fallout commence.

Yes, he deserves credit for taking the Derevyanchenko fight, which he barely won, but that's no longer important.

So what do you mean Danny? You're in the latter stages of your prime (up to 33-34 is considered the curve preceding decline), I would think the smartest move if, in fact, you consider yourself the best in the division would be a matchup with newly crowned WBO MW champ Andrade.

If you're looking for maximum leverage for a fight against Canelo, coming to the table with the other half of the undisputed puzzle would be the strongest position to negotiate from. And you'll need that against the 'marinators' @ GBP because one belt means they have other options, and usually, Canelo adheres to the Mayweather school of boxing business: wind down the clock, drive the opponent crazy with outrageous demands, and all sorts of other unethical tactics to secure every minor edge they can.

So who will you target Danny?
