Fair play. Who the eff wanna run back a close fight when you just got bumped up closer to a big fight? Can't blame him for not wanting a rematch. And can't dog Derevyanchenko for wanting a rematch since he came up short in a close fight.
And sh^t man its early to be talking about anything right now any damn way. Everyone at 160 should be sitting on their hands til Canelo calls his next shot cuz his 168 fight is just around the corner so unless you are fighting in late Dec or early Jan you might be left in the dust as a potential next Canelo opponent/lotto winner.
From the sounds of things, he seems like he may be headed back to the PBC. He keeps calling out Jermall Charlo. Let's just hope for us boxing fans sake that he doesn't. He has many more opportunities of fighting and winning Middleweight titles on DAZN.
Canelo has never avoided a fighter!! His resume speaks for itself. Canelo will fight Jacobs without a question and will more then likely KO Jacobs. If not he will win a very large decision. Jacobs is a good fighter but the openings he gave and the way he likes to throw punches in bunches will be a down fall against Canelo. Canelo will counter those shots easy. Canelo will only stay at Supermiddle if he beats Fields with ease and thinks he can beat Culam Smith. Culam is the only true name at 168. So Canelo may fight there but I think he comes right back win or lose to fight Jacobs then Charlo. I don't see Andrade any time soon. His style is not a fan friendly or a style that Canelo likes much. Canelo would rather fight Charlo and Jacobs way before Andrade. Andrade will have to really build a name at 160 before he gets in the ring.
