This. To me the knockdown was the difference from this being a draw.
A lot was made about Derevyanchenko breathing with his mouth open, but he fought quite effectively through his tiredness. He also finished stronger than Jacobs.
Lampley and Lederman just can't comprehend what's going on in fights anymore.

Roy was the one going on and on about the mouth being open yet Derevyanchenko took it to Jacob's from round 10 on. That whole announcing team is garbage.

Postol wasnt really a ko guy. Kovalev has a good argument,for winning firat fight. GGG def won first fight widely and second one by closer margin lol. Fighters are fighters. Lots of things determine their true worth as a fighter

Derevyanchenko is a tricky fighter... He uses lots of head movement and his attack varies quite a bit. I had no doubt at the end of the fight that Jacobs won. Lederman's card seemed skewed but I kinda agree with his score. The problem I have with Lederman is he seem to score close rounds for the in house guy. In other words if he split the close rounds between the two fighters he would have more credibility. Jacobs seemed to cruise in this fight especially in the last few rounds. Its like he knew he was winning and didn't want to take any chances. I think if he pressed it late he could've got another KD. Derevyanchenko wasnt going to knock him out in the second half of the fight but Jacobs fought like he feared he could.
