GGG could end up with ESPN too so thats one potential opponent. And u don’t think Loeffler would tell Top Rank if I bring GGG u gotta take all my super flyweights and Ryan Martin? See how it works?

u definitely don’t know the business. A standard boxing contract has a 2 year extension out in effect if a world title is won. We don’t know how long he has left on his contract but would likely be 2-4 years. Zanfer may also have a right of first refusal. And u don’t know what is being offered to him to fight on espn.

Why doesn’t Crawford tel Top Rank to get a deal for him are showtime? ESPN would never go for that. They want the whole TR stable and especially Crawford and Loma.

Now if Your TR u absolutely make sure u get Munguia as part of the deal.

And what you aren’t looking at is Zanfers point of view. ESPN is the best place for them. They have to look at their whole roster.

Who does Berchelt fight at DAZN? He already beat Bandido Vargas. So what there is Tevin farmer Ricky burns and Ryan Garcia in a couple years?

ESPN has Loma, Beltran, Pedraza, Pitufo Diaz, Nic Walters, Jason Sosa, the WBO 130 champ Ito, Vences, Saul Rodriguez etc.

Uzcategui has Zurdo, Hart, Gvozdyk and McCumby etc

Nery has dogboe, Servania, Magdaleno, Marriaga, Valdez, etc

Matchroom and DAZN are thin at those weights. So zanfer has to make the best business decision for themselves. Not for just one fighter. Just like Haymon isn’t pushing for Charlo to go to DAZN because it’s better business for him to keep Charlo on pbc cards even though it’s a disservice to Charlo.

So using your logic for Munguia, Charlo should tell Haymon he is going to DAZN and if Haymon doesn’t like it he won’t resign with him when his contract is up.
