They should have made that clear to Bud before they found out he was in talks for his sham fight this weekend back in June.

The time is now. If it doesn’t happen know Spence has multiple options and will move on. Crawford quite frankly doesn’t. If Bud comes back to the table he will be in a weaker negotiating position after this fight bombs. He will have to take less not get more.

How many times is BLK Prime going to be willing to light $10 million plus on fire to put on a Crawford fight?

      I think it's already over.

What's going to be different in the next round of negotiations? Nothing. Crawford is not a draw. He wants guaranteed money off the back of Haymon and Spence because he's seen his own PPV numbers. Spence has much better options than Crawford does.

If they negotiate again, Crawford will walk away again.

Guy agreed to no guarantee but if continuously lying to yourself and others lets you peacefully die on that hill.

He didn't agree to anything - you are aware he's not fighting Spence, right?

Then why did he walk away from negotiations when everything he wanted was agreed to?

If you walk away from negotiations, YOU'RE AVOIDING THE FIGHT.

He didn’t agree to no guarantee? Spence even confirmed that much himself.

Spencer never wanted Crawford. Thurman was always the plan A for that sissy b club

In the sport of boxing it's not clear where to put the blame when fights are not getting made. Of course, it's always based on subjective opinions and it depends on your dislike of/for the fighter.

There are groups of people here that simplifies it by laying the blame solely on the fighter. Pacquiao, for example, is blamed for cherrypicking from the moment he stepped foot in the ring even when he was still a dirt-poor Philipino who most likely was taken advantage of by unscrupulous promoters and agents. Yet there he is hated and blamed for cherrypicking every fight he was in. He got old and signed to fight Spence, but that didn't count for his haters.

Point is the buck should always stop with the fighter. I'd rather blame people behind the business, but it's complicated.

Don't come on here crying if Haymon sells Spence to Canelo and blame Crawford and Bob Arum. He didn't get the Manny fight but it is pretty much confirmed he'd be willing to go up 20 lbs and ruin what's left of his career to get beat up by Carnelo.

Funny looking at that now cause the fox deal is dead.
