Look, I was so sure about Smith knocking Groves out that I won money on the result. But that also tells more about Groves - a second-level champion, IMO - than Smith himself. I don't think the fight will ever happen... but if it does, it won't be as a sure Smith win as most people here seem to think.

HA! I'm 54 and following boxing since 1971 or so. Were you born already then, buddy?

Yeah I'll have to watch how he does against Rocky to make my final judgement but Canelo hasn't even fought at 168 yet and his fans are already sure he's gonna wreck the super champion? I have no beef with Canelo but those comments were dumb.

Blind fans are ******, we know that. I think my assessment is fairly impartial and based on solid reasoning, and in any case it's not Bible of course.

When all is said and done, what I'd love best would be FIELDING - who I really like, a nice bloke indeed - to pull out a huge upset!

Blown up Canelo and Smith would look about 4 weight classes apart from one another.

Callum is by FAR the best of the smith brothers and is a monster at 168.

No chance Canelo agrees to fight him. I think Canelo should beat Fielding though and then drop back down to middleweight.

Those thin bodies of both Smith and Fielding... just thing what a PED-fueled Canelo left hook would do to those ribs

                  OK, just kidding now.

If this fight happens, Canelo will go down as a legend. Smith is a beast at 168lbs.

                    Canelo is a natural 154lber.

Legend ATG status confirmed if he takes out Smith at 168lbs.

Jokes aside this will be a lot more competitive than people on here will have you think. I wouldn’t be surprised if smith pulled off the upset.
                      Upset?

Smith would be the favorite. Canelo winning against this guy would be a stunner.
