DAZN Supremacy Can Change Boxing Once And for All

The DAZN boxing brand under Hearn guidance he was asked to make by Performance company who owns DAZN has set a a presidance already. In just under a month of when it was announced 1 billion at hand Hearn has and the brains to really change the sport and make the great fights is this a bad thing ?

Not sure why but most don't want this to succeed on here at least from this view, any particular reason beyond a fanboy based forum, thoughts ?

It is my opinion Hearn can get those big fights done if DAZN can collect the majority of fighters worth while. Boxing can become once again a major sport world wide not just in the U.K, but you need competence to do that and not many promoters actually have that yet we wish bad on this man any reasons that would overshadow that not wanting to see good cards that the DAZN platform has provided in just its start?

I said the same about PBC awhile back, but I think they dropped the ball or didn't have any interesting in "taking over boxing" for real. HBO had the power to do it at one time, but they had no interest. So yea I agree DAZN could change boxing for the better if they can get all the major players in boxing under the same umbrella. They are off to a good start with this Canelo signing one month in. I think they got lucky doe cuz if HBO still had an interest in boxing I suspect Canelo would still be with HBO. Lets see what DAZN can do with a lil luck going there way doe.

Yes. Just like the NBA, the NFL, the MLB & the NHL & all the other really successful sports leagues.

You can't have elite level sports be spread out & have it reach its maximum impact with competition & money. Which is good for almost everyone in this equation. The only losers are the middle of the road tip top guys, so just a handful of cats, who'll likely not be able to hold titles hostage or cherry pick reigns to extend their money a lil longer.

Nobody wants to pay for it. If it was free it would be amazing. Just like the PBC Fre Boxing moto at first.

I don't understand why anybody in America would want American boxing seen by less people who bought Crawford's last PPV.

It won't happen with boxing and if it does and it won't be with Eddie Hearn

Of course not. You need a power broker like HBO (back in the day), PBC or DAZN to do it. A promoter can't do it cuz it'd be a violation of the MAA.

Boxing is worldwide it can only happen in selected areas.

NBA, NFL etc are American sports.

Maybe PBC or TR or GB can control America but not everywhere else.

NBA doesn't control what happens everywhere.

Not to mention there are 4-5 main championships.

                  It'll never happen.

This kid was brazen enough to say "fanboys".

I'm willing to give dazn the benefit of the doubt but so far, I'm not liking what I'm seeing. It's all behind a pay wall and we have sleaze bag Hearn barking that fighters need to sign to get fights with his guys.

I'm not a person to side with networks but if anyone is doing it right, it's ESPN. I didn't think I'd find myself saying that but I can't lie. They're putting on good fights and they're accessible.
