Everything's all GO USA!!! and while patriotism is a fine thing, when not balanced with experience/knowledge of the rest of the world it can and does lead to segregation. All you have to do is look at the likes of Russia, China, N.Korea, Iran etc to see what happens when a country becomes completely self absorbed in believing that they are better than the rest of the world - they are treated with su****ion by absolutely everyone else.
USA is not anything like those countries you mentioned. We are part of the West along with Europe.

US had free liberty and freedom once upon a time and it was taken away by 9/11 so I don’t blame the government for being so protective and citizens becoming so patriotic.

But the original points is, the US is so big and diverse, you really don’t need to leave here once your born here.

Maybe true to an extent, as long as you explore the other states. So many people I've met Stateside barely leave their county let alone their state unless it's through work. There's also the thing about USA being a relatively new country in the grand scheme of history. Unless you dive into Native American folk history there's nothing more than a few hundred years old. The roots of human civilization are in Africa, before advancing to Europe and Asia and finally to Australasia and the America's. The truly advanced to not forget or ignore the past, they learn from it to achieve further greatness.
