Canelo signed with a network. The network picks the fights. If they don't like the fight they can just say this is not part of our 11 fight deal. They sold their soul with this bs. It's like a album deal in the music industry. Lil Wayne vs Birdman.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Hearn has nothing to do with Canelo except for the platform that he is fighting on. Hearn can not say who he is fighting. Only Canelo and Oscar can do that!! I wouldn't count on that fight anytime soon either but Canelo stops him and makes him look bad in my opinion.
BooBoo fight last night was against a guy not even in the top 20 so I hope he looked good against him but thinking he carried his power up will be a major issue for him if he fights Canelo. If GGG couldn't hurt Canelo I know BooBoo has no chance in hell. Canelo will walk him down and break him down.

Ya I totally agree. I think GGG thinks he’s worth more and a bigger draw than he is. I just don’t see him giving in and signing a small contract. It seems like once you make a name the smart thing to do is stay a free agent like Mikey Garcia did. Unless of course you can get a contract like Canelo did but not many guys with that kinda drawing power.

If he does the match matching with DAZN then indirectly he is canelos boss. Same thing like HBO. The person in charge tells Oscar his options and then Oscar tells Canelo. He kinda sold his soul. And he wouldn't of fought guys like Liam Smith, Khan, or Chavez fighters not under HBO and 2 of those fighters belonged to HBO rival Al Haymon. Nobody tells canelo who to fight not the WBC or any belt org, not a network and damn sure not clown azzz hearn who has no say in Canelo and Golden boy contract that is directly with DAZN not hearn.
