Haymon does, AND he poses as both manager and promoter, another Ali Act violation.

Japan is a different market. They can pack over 50K+ fans in seats and someone will pay him what he wants to fight there. Charlo just needs to come to terms that he is B-side against GGG, Canelo and even Jacobs.

I think that is how it should be but not sure if that is the case. I also don't believe a word that comes from WBC or any boxing organization.

I'm not defending him. It's as you say right out in the open.

He doesn't have to do anything. Canelo is the giant A side now. It's all up to Canelo. If Canelo wants to fight Jermall he will fight him. If he doesn't want to EVER fight Jermall then he won't and he will still be the WBC middleweight champion and that's just the way I think it is right or wrong.

There is another section concerning changes in ratings that might be of interest to Charlo. Basically a sanctioning body has within 7 days provide reasons if the the rating status of a boxer has changed.

                Charlo's status has not changed

it looks like Golovkin will refuse to fight him

So, has your hero nuts dropped yet, or will he vacate the WBC, yet again, to avoid a mandatory?

has Bullshltkin signed to fight Charlo yet..... ?

or will he duck Charlo, like he ducked everyone else who was a threat?

                    wait, I guess it's ok.....

because Golovkin has no titles to strip this time

Charlo should have a direct shot at Canelo after waiting and destroying all opposition. The announcement of a eliminator between Charlo and Golovkin proves that Mauricio Sulaiman and the WBC has some influence in the questionable GGG Canelo judging and also their overall corruption as an organization. The eileder alvarez situation is another clear example of Sulaiman's bias towards fighter (which we all have ) and how it effects the title situation as a whole.
