So then, why the posturing from Bellew and Eddie. If this supersedes a mandatory, then it should have been able to go forward without the "I'll only fight for all 4 belts " from Tony.

I said the day that Usyk signed, that Lebedev would disappear and the Bellew fight was on.

I would disagree. Charlo has proven he is better than the Monroe's of the world.

Jacobs, GGG, Canelo, Andrade and Saunders are who he should be fighting IMO.

He should, but none of the fighters are available at the current moment. I mean BJS technically is but he probably wants to let his PED scandal clear through first. GGG isn't fighting Charlo in December and may not fight him at all. Canelo is fighting Fielding and Jacobs has a title fight next week.

So you are going to get the Murray's or Sulekci's or WMJ's of the world for his nextfight.

WBC backed off of that, granting Canelo a voluntary defense if he returns to the ring in December, that should have been Lemieux, instead it is a no-hoper at 168. WBC just forfeited their turn in the mandatory rotation, which means the WBA mandatory will come next before Charlo. This means Canelo gets to fight whoever he wants for the next year or more. Hearn has already said that both Charlo and GGG need to sign with DAZN if they want a fight with Canelo, which is more bullshyt.

Golovkin could make around $5 million tops to fight Charlo. A fight with Murata in Japan can earn him around $15M. If Charlo had that option, who do you think he would fight?
Imagine if Arum or Haymon said that.

Are you positive he could make 15million?

Purse bids don’t mean anything. Kovalev and Duva requested one and didn’t even show up. Dillian Whyte pulled out of a fight against Pulev after his team lost the purse bid

The only rule in the WBC is there are no hard rules. So who f#cking knows. Personally I think every mando spot should be earned, but f#ck I thought he already earned his spot with the W over the one legged guy.

Then the title holder gets stripped. A fighter doesn't have to sign with DAZN to get a title shot. That's the point.

I don't believe that for one second

Golovkin should do the right thing, and fight Charlo

                    but we know he won't

Arum has been doing that for years

Mosley had to leave GBP to get Pac, Marquez had to sign with Top Rank

                      etc, etc
