I thinking when I i heard the news I’d only suscribe twice a month when canelo fights. $20 right..? But looking at it closely I just might keep the subscription all year... DAZN is the fight fans app... fights all year wether it’s golden boy, matchroom, or mma you can’t go wrong... it’s a fight fans wet dream...

the amount he had to do with any of this is ridiculous. he has no financial involvement whatsoever aside from his copromoting the fielding fight. he insults oscar and i guarantee oscar f#cking hates they guy. they did a deal with DAzn because showtime is probably getting out of boxing.
you guys are increidbly dishonest, you eat up every word eddie says and you think this happened because of him!
this happened because HBO got out of boxing, and showtime didn't offer up enough money. hearn's involvement is marginal at best, again, the guy has ZERO financial involvement.
if you think that GBP wasn't goign to talk to DAzn when hashing out a new long term relationship with a provider you're incredibly ignorant and frankly pretty dumb. so what did eddie do again, other than jump in front of a camera and talk?
Who cares if he has financial involvement. He signed with DAZN to get fighters better deals, more activity, and make things cheaper for American fight fans, whilst not being at the mercy of networks.
He also put DAZN on the map in boxing, that Canelo meeting likely doesn't happen otherwise. That is apart of Hearns job, hes a ****ing promoter lol. How can it be a bad thing if another promoter or stable also join DAZN, especially the #1 star in the sport. The benefits are two fold. More exposure, more interest, more potential matchups
What's the problem here? Is it because he's British? White? Loud? I feel embarrassed for you guysComment

Haha some of you really have a stick up your A about Hearn. Listen to yourself...

that the TS thinks eddie is an owner of dazn, or that he just signed canelo. that's the problem here.
you have a forum full of what i can only assume are soccer fans in their teens or 20's spouting absolute nonsense about american boxing.
eddie hearn did not sign canelo. he does not own dazn. he
again, you are creating this idea that ameicans are mad about this. we pay 100 dollars for a PPV. you think i'm mad about a 120 dollar a year service that will give me multiple PPVS? are you that f#cking ******?
i'm mad about you! i'm mad that you're this f#cking ****** and wasting my time on a boxing forum! you have shifted the narrative once again, and it's obviously contingent on you beliveing that eddie hearn is responsible for this or that he's controlling any aspect of it.
the main reason this happened is HBO. they are out of boxing, and they used to put on the best PPV experience by far and have histprically [until floyd mayweather's showtime contract,] been #1 with a bullet in US ppv. once they left GBP is going to talk to the major players in boxing that are left. showtime, ESPN, and DAZN.
you need to stop with this idea that me taking the time out of my busy day to educate gyou guys, who are clueless and f#cking need it, is somehow me being mad. i'm correcting your mistakes, which are to believe that eddie hearn orchestrated this or is profiting from it. i'm correcting the incredibly ****** idea that GBP would not have made a deal with DAzn after HBO left. again, HBO ****ING LEFT BOXING, AND THEN THIS HAPPEDNED IMMEDIATEY! WHY DO YOU THINK EDDIE DID IT? HBO DID IT! and then i'm insulting you for being clueless and petulant. which, believe me, in light of the facts of the situation and how far off base you all are, is deserved.
brits in teh time of anthony joshua will be remembered int eh same light as partisan pacquiao and floyd mayweather fans during 2009-20015. they literally ruined the forum. thanksLast edited by New England; 10-18-2018, 09:58 AM.Comment

Eddie approached Eric Gomez and GBP about coming to DAZN which you can see for yourself in the video below. He says he was at a meeting with Golden Boy and DAZN in Californa so although he has nothing to do with Canelo, he did in fact help broker the deal. Obviously he and his fighters will massively benefit from Canelo being on DAZN.
And if Andrade and Jacobs win their fights, all of the middleweight titles will be on DAZN.
And fights like Canelo vs. Jacobs, Canelo vs. Andrade and Jacobs vs. Andrade can be made.
We saw when Ring Magazine had Eddie Hearn on the cover, that was a sign of things to come. Golden Boy and Eddie Hearn will promote and co-promote as well. Besides the big money involved, I'm pretty sure that's what it was all about, to join forces on DAZN.Comment
