when he fought chino, he still had his "0".. so he has every right to be serious and motivated for that fight. (which he was, chino was just the better fighter that night).

since he loss to chino and been taking a few L's, he's been arrested, etc. (before the loss to chino, he wasnt getting into trouble like how he is now).

now that he's fighting pac (who is on his way out), all of a sudden broner is gonna take this serious? lol. if he wins, then pac is old, that's all. has nothing to do with taking it serious or being motivated.

For some reason you're wanting to be argumentative. I have said multiple times that we are largely in agreement. If you want to argue, however, then I will. How in the **** would anyone think a fighter would be more motivated to keep his "0" against Marcos Maidana than to get worldwide exposure by beating a legend (albeit a faded one) of the sport?!? Nobody outside of serious boxing fans knows who Maidana is. Trust me when I tell you that Broner is 1000x more amped to fight Pacquiao than every other fighter he ever fought combined.

the whole "serious" and "motivated' is just an excuse..

if that was the case then you would think he would have been super serious and motivated when he fought maidana... when it actually counts.

why would all of a sudden 3-4 years after losing his "0" and been taking a few L's, why would he all of a sudden be "serious' or "motivated" now? for an old manny?

if broner wins, its because pac is old. if pac wins, its because he's better than broner. that's all.

because the "legend" is not who he was.. beating pac now doesnt mean much. i believe broner's "0" was more important to him than fighting a "legend".. how many times did broner turn this fight down already? and you expect him to be motivated to beat a legend when he turned it down before??? think about it man! this whole "if" broner is "motivated" is crap!!!

Haha let em fight! Styles make fights and Broner just may surprise us all and whoop on Manny. Highly unlikely but at Mannys age, any fight can be the one he grows old in the ring and that fact is enough to make this a must watch for me. I mean, imagine AB wins and calls Mayweather a bytch on the mic Nd th***** the rematch plans!! I would absolutely pay to see May against AB. Oh the drama that would bring!!!!! Dont care to see May Pac again though.

This is actually a fun match-up. Broner could win this if he got serious, but he won't. This will be a great build up and entertaining fight.

Broner could get serious all he wants but he would never beat even this version of Pac. He can’t even beat Vargas, how can he beat Pac?

You're arguing with yourself. Nobody is holding Broner up as a great fighter. I certainly haven't attributed his losses to a lack of motivation. What I have said is that Broner will be more motivated than ever to beat Pacquiao, which is the only thing that makes this fight even interesting. You are the ONLY person on the planet, including Broner and Chino, who thinks that Broner was more motivated to fight Chino than Pacquiao. That is just ******ed. With regard to the fight, Pac should still win (unless he is more shot than he appears), but a highly motivated Broner could beat him if Pac has substantially faded since his last fight. I don't find that to be a particularly controversial thing to say.
