Much like it would have been bad for AJ to come off a first defense straight into Ortiz for another voluntary when an agreement had already been made to fight Klitschko subject to the WBA's sanctioning. Approval.

I get you know.. one rule for your guy ..another for the Brit . Kk man
Nah, I made it clear, Deontay was INJURED, its not the same. Nice try.

The Molina fight came just after, and as Ortiz was completely unknown to UK fans, it made sense to have him fight a well known UK HW on the AJ/Molina undercard to raise his profile in the UK before the WBA mando was ordered.

Plus, Molina was coming off a good performance vs Wilder, so his UK profile was much higher than Ortiz's back then.
Do you think in the grand scheme that Luis Ortiz fighting/signed with Matchroom five months later some how negates Ortiz arguement that he should be given his shot, that he deserved, after working for Hearns? But like I said in a earlier post, where are Eric Molina or Breazeales high profile UK fights?

Did you just say that Molinas performance vs. Deontay raised his profile?! I thought nobody knew Wilder in the UK!!! Even Hearns sh**t on Molina after a reporter asked him about the Wilder-Molina fight!!! Hilarious read pal!

I know that, My point is he left Hearn before aj was wba champ so the argument that he only joined so it would be easier to make the mandatory fight and Hearn screwed him isn’t true

Lol so you think David Allen and Malik Scott means you should get a title shot. By that logic dilian whyte has EARNED his shot too no? Since his run of opponents fighting for matchroom on sky are far superior to Ortiz’

Ortiz better be careful with that. Seemed like last time Eddie signed Ortiz he was keeping him away from his guys instead of making those fights. Ortiz better make sure to get paid or to make sure he's getting it in writing who he'll be fighting or he's gonna be stuck fighting David Price or some bs like that.

Ortiz would be smart to get with Hearn. Joshua, Usyk, Whyte, Chisora. Plus Hearn has guys like Povetkin and Parker on call because he has good relationships with their promoters.

Great news, let’s cross fingers and hope Edwards doesn’t do King Kong like he did first time!

People keep saying he didn’t impress that’s why he didn’t get the AJ fight but neither did Povetkin or Takam!

Besides didn’t David Allen go the distance with Whyte and didn’t Malik Scott lose to Chisora cuz the ref counted him out despise getting up in time!?

These guys gotta stop ducking Ortiz, he an old man well then get in the ring and retire him!
