You should have said the fight will be made when HEARN feels the time is right, because AJ apparently is just a puppet.
I should have said? Those are the words of Haymons vice president not me. "When the time is right, he'll (Haymon) get it done"

You don't think that offering $50 million guaranteed plus 50% on the back end is a serious offer? What the hell are you smoking?

Answer this: Do you think AJ would have taken the offer if it was not for Hearn being his manager? (that apparently talked him out of it)

      • Alabama fraud running away from the fight. Muricans should be ashamed of a coward like Wildher.

Wilder agreed to a lesser amount as long as the fight was next, but Hearn wouldn't agree to that. Wilder moved on. You should to, until AJ grows a pair and takes control of his own career. Hearn works for him not the other way around.

By the way, the $50 million offer that AJ fans say big deal about? It is a big deal because it was the highest guaranteed offer ever in the history of boxing.
AJ is garuanteed atleast 50 mil if the fight is 100 mil so having that on paper or not isn't a big deal, do the maths, the only difference is it's not going in a record book.

Wilder agreed to the contract and offer no one said the fight wasn't next and Hearn said he was waiting for the date of the venue never said the fight wouldn't be next in relation to the offers to Wilder, don't be ****** say no date means it wasn't next that's just your conspiracy theory and would seriously contradict the image AJ has been built up on probably damaging his stock/rep massively so would be ******ly risky for Hearn. Wilder had time for that contract to be edited and waited until after the fight was off the table to mention the date.

That's the lamest excuse for not meeting but is to be expected from you. If they accepted 'in principle' (whatever the fook that means) and found out that there was a load of extra details Hearn and AJ would look more foolish backing out after 'already agreeing'. If you have a serious offer and the otherside expressed interest then you have a responsibilty for relaying all the details especially since people are gonna want to know exactly what they have to do for the 'Biggest Garuantee in boxing', why agree to the meeting in the first place?

If they've gone through the effort of raisng 50 mil, probably taking multiple meetings, whats the hardship in one extra meeting? It's like doing all the hard work and revision and not bothering to turn up for the exam, ilogical.

You are much more dense than I thought. Hearn would not guarantee that the fight would be next, plain and simple. When pressured to do so, he came up with the bogus WBA mandate that they had 24 hrs to make the Povetkin fight, which took about 3 weeks. Go spew your BS to someone that gives a **** ass what you think, and believes your lies.

Where did I lie? WBA, not Hearn, mandated Povetkin to be signed as next fight after over a month extension to make a fight with Wilder, so what they bent the 24hr deadline for a signature maybe that was because Hearn was still waiting for that date on the venue, did you even think about that?

"We're fighting Povetkin in September and we're looking at multiple venues and dates," Hearn said. "We have a deal with Povetkin agreed to, but it's not signed yet."

Think this article makes it clear that Hearn didn't have a date he could give Povetkin or Wilder.

Hearn did not guarantee the fight next that's not the same as would not as this wasn't even questioned until after Wilder was not an option

All you do is call someone s lier when you've got no sensible response.

Hearn also said they couldn't do Wilder vs AJ in September because of GGG vs Canelo. But September was fine for Povetkin? Anyone that believes that clown IS a box of rocks. The reason Wilder walked is because Hearn WOULDN'T guarantee the fight is next. Did they get the fight signed in 24 hrs like the WBA mandated? No. The 24 hr mandate was June 26. The fight was signed July 3rd. All BS.

Joshua vs Wilder is a significant fight in both the US and the UK, whereas, Joshua vs Povetkin was only big in the UK. Canelo vs GGG was a mega fight in the US.

Thus, Canelo vs GGG would have a big effect on revenue for Joshua vs Wilder, but not Joshua vs Povetkin. Simples.

Erm, but the reason it’s Whyte is cos Wilder don’t want it, d’uh.

Why do you people keep misunderstanding the offer?

                      It was $50m OR 50/50.

You can see why Joshua rejected it, because a 50/50 split (meaning BOTH earn $50m+) is unfair when Wilder has never proven his PPV value at heavyweight.
