Watch Mayweather-Chavez and see what Floyd did to that style. One of my favorite Floyd fights.

He said Broner is the most physically strong fighter he ever fought, i know that. Although punching power is different.

Then again, if he did say that, it wouldn't be a surprise. Broner probably has good power but doesn't let his shots go, which is the frustrating thing about him. He dropped Porter, but Brook, Thurman and Garcia didn't do much to him, all of which were considered good punchers.

Hard to find any flaws in his boxing, you can complain he was a dirty fighter who foul quite a bit and didn't have much of a punching power if you really want to find something.

Maybe, but maybe not. Mosley had stopped Margarito brutally in his previous fight, so we can't say he had lost killer instinct.

After Floyd beat Hatton and didn't fight for two years, i never felt he was quite as sharp from the Marquez fight onwards, he was still brilliant but his legs and reflexes were starting to decline. i'm not sure a younger Floyd would've been caught with them two shots like that, so it's all relative really.

Other than he was about as entertaining to watch as paint drying, no. If he fought the way he talked in the build up to the fight, he would have been great

              Floyd had weak, brittle hands.

Floyd's flaws are that he wasn't a destructive puncher beyond 140lbs and that the fact that he'd spent so much time pushing himself and learning in boxing left him open to being overwhelmed by sheer volume in the beginning of fights.

                That's it, in my mind

I remember back in the day on ********** when Winky and Floyd were talking about fighting. Winky said that he would love to beat up lil Floyd for the right amount of money and Mayweather said that no way Winky beats him because he only had a jab. Would have been interesting fight for sure.

he fought both Maidana and Cotto flat-footed

where was Maidana's jab in the rematch when Floyd boxed him?

Hoya was MUCH bigger, and still elite... and Mayweather took his jab away

I heard that schtick 10+ years ago

Mayweather punches are technically correct, and VERY accurate

like I said before the Hoya fight..... nobody has ever walked through Floyd's punches, and nobody ever will

it is deceiving, you got deceived
