Bad look to be fighting Del Boy after both Whyte & Ortiz have seemed to agree to fight. Not to say Del Boy don't deserve a rematch cuz I believe he does, but Ortiz is the bigger, better fight...for the fighters, the card & the fans.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. The Povetkin fight didn't sell out and there will be additional capacity for the April date. The resellers are now no longer an option also.

If the Wilder fight doesn't happen then Whyte or Chisora could still sell tickets, they're good talkers with a decent profile here in the UK. Ortiz however with no title and already beaten by Wilder would be a tough sell.

Thank goodness you are not a manager, promoter or an adviser. You will make a bad one.

Typical Eddie Hearn heavyweight fighter crap.

Miller talks crap, fights a 41 year old light heavyweight

Whyte calls out Ortiz, fights a dude with 8 losses that he already beat.

And Joshua is in witness protection hiding from Wilder. He's probably going to fight Whyte and Miller next year.

Haha i think you're getting seriously carried away, need to chill out, we're only discussing boxing.

Duck Ortiz again? They offered Ortiz the Whyte fight previously if I'm not mistaken but he priced himself out according to Whyte, who fought Parker instead on ppv.

Anyway nothing's been decided, and tbh nothing to do with Hearn, you let him cloud your judgement and start acting like a woman ☝️fighters call each other out all the time, no one is going to bat an eyelid if he fights Chisora as a first option. The first fight was a barn burner, guarantee sell out, and ppv, it's the right business decision and deep down you know it, even if u wont admit it

But as I said i think Ortiz is the sexier fight, i'd prefer to see it. Whyte surprised me vs Parker, like to see if he could keep that momentum going. I think he's improving and will handle Chisora with ease this time

Huh? I think you're reading way too far into what I said. I'm not emotional about it or anything. Just giving opinion.
Whyte questioned the man's balls and named a date. To run to another opponent now would make him pure bytch. I think they look at that stuff differently in the UK but being a coward brands you in the states.

I suggest you read it back.

They've been negotiating Whyte Chisora for months now, but I know they have both not budged much in the way of negotiation, which is maybe why Whyte turned his attention to Ortiz. It's possible that has caused Chisora to move on his demands for fear of losing the fight. If both fights were on a similar profile I would agree with you, but they are not. You maybe take the harder fight if it pays more, but not if it pays less.

And I grew up in the SF bay area.
