Ortiz is no doubt the better fight, hopefully Chisora prices himself out so we can see it. But I certainly wouldn't question Whyte's desire. I think he genuinely wants to fight the best, he's fearless, but he isn't dumb, and the people advising him aren't either
Whyte will duck Ortiz again and the Hearn servants are going to spam this place with ^that kind of thing to excuse it away.

Dude talked mad shyt and called out Ortiz, saying he didn't have the balls to fight him. To back out now would make him the most pathetic c*nt in the business. People who defend that are no integrity byches, straight up.

I really hope Dillian Shyte grows a pair and fights 'King-Kong', but after how shot Dereck Chisora looked vs. the Cameroon midget Carlos Takam its too hard to pass on. These UK nuthuggers are willing and ready to buy this on PPV, pretty damn sad.

Whyte shouldn't take Chisora over Ortiz after he called out Ortiz and Ortiz accepted. If he's really making more against Chisora, he should learn to choose his words more carefully next time so he doesn't look like a fool that doesn't really want to fight Ortiz in spite of talking a big game.

This Ortiz talk was to just pressure on Chisora that's it. No way in hell was Hearn going to go with Ortiz over Chisora. A much tougher fight and could potentially ruin his plans of putting Joshua/Whyte 2 in April if the Wilder fight can't be made.

              I agree.

Plus, Hearn may not be so keen on making the Ortiz fight as if Ortiz defeats Whyte then AJ is lacking a dance partner for that April date at Wembley. Ortiz isn't going to sell many tickets to the UK casual market.

Whereas if Chisora scores an unlikely upset there would be a lot of interest in seeing him get a short at glory. Either him or Whyte could help sell those 90k tickets, Ortiz, class act that he is, less so...

I rather see Whyte vs Ortiz and Chisora vs Takam 2

Tickets aren't the issue here. Joshua is putting 80k butts in every stadium fight he has. He is THAT dude in the UK. But the Whyte rematch would do pretty insane numbers, and better numbers than Ortiz for sure.

I don't think Whyte is good enough to worry about who he fights that much.

Fighters should take the fight that makes the most money. In this case defeating Ortiz would gain Whyte much more in the long run but the Chisora fight makes more because they have fought before . Whyte did call out Ortiz this time so he should fight him even if it puts the Joshua fight in jeopardy.

if Whyte does not fight Ortiz its not a duck because he is not obligated to fight him ,he has much bigger fight on the horizon , Ortiz also avoided whyte twice so theres that. Whyte owes the fans however but if he doesn't take the Ortiz fight now no one was actually jumping on Ortiz when he said he was not ready for the July 28th date to fight Whyte, so? We cant have double standards and ignore the other situations.
