The Lara fight was a good fight & he started "running" cuz of them body shots Nelo was putting on him. The khan fight was about even but you can clearly see Nelo taking his time & hurting khan..it was fun till it lasted..LOL

You're not supposed to be greedy when you're the B-side.
Not Wilder. He's one of the greediest B-sides in boxing history.

Canelo should of have called out Andre Ward. He was the best p4p at 168 division. Canelo would of definately get respect for that. But fighting Rocky???

Lol......So for a pot that now according to Hearn could make in excess of $100m Hearn offered him 15% ....15m flat fee.According to him it's the biggest fight in world boxing and many agree ......for you, because of what they BOTH bring to the table the fight is worth that.Where is the other $85m going to go? who's the greedy one fool!

"Negotiations for the Canelo Alvarez-Rocky Fielding fight didn’t at all resemble the countless discussions it took to finalize a deal for the Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin rematch." ...as well it should as Fielding is no GGG!!!

like HE said..... ti was easier for Wilder to go elsewhere
How? The Principle is identical? Seriously Bro?

On one hand we are talking about a paper champ getting the opportunity of a lifetime in a fight that he never imagined would have happened in a million years. Fielding probably didn't even want to know the numbers at all before agreeing to fight the P4P Champ at MSG. Without this offer, Fielding would have probably been looking at a defense of his paper title against a top 15 guy at the Echo Arena in Liverpool

On the other hand you have arguably the biggest name in boxing trying to make a fight with the biggest cherry picking champion of recent times who wants a 50/50 split when he can't even sell out the Barclays without packing the card with local fighters.

Joshua is A side in the Wilder negotiations whether Wilder or anyone else likes it or not and that's even if Wilder beats Fury, which is a big IF as he just doesn't have the balance, footwork or basic fundamentals to get the job done IMO

Rocky is in Wilders seat for this deal but doesn't get greedy and makes a simple deal fast and quick.

Why does wilder duck every opportunity to get some respect from the boxing public ?
First of all comparing Wilder and/or his situation to Fielder's is ludicrous. Wilder is a legitimate champion and would only be a slight underdog if fighting Joshua. Wilder is also making decent purses without Joshua and his purse from the Fury fight sets him for life. If Joshua wants to cement his legacy then Hearn will have to offer Wilder at least 40% of the total fight revenue. Anything less is a duck.

To put it in perspective, Wilder has 1.1m followers on instagram, GGG has 3.4m, Canelo has 3.8m and AJ has 7.4m!
Thanks for the enlightenment! I now understand that the champions abilities are determined by their Instagram followers. So why even have the fights?
