I am sorry but I have very little sympathy for him. He wasn't willing to give Canelo Alvarez the benefit of the doubt.
Besides, the ingredient was not Oxilofrine it was the substance. That's why it is currently banned by the NCAA, NFL and Major League Baseball 365 days of year and 24/7.
It counts as a banned substance. That's why an athlete has to very careful of what he is ingesting into his body.
Personally, I don't believe that this was an isolated incident. I am more than convinced that Billy Joe Saunders has been abusing Oxilofrine for years or if not for his entire career but was getting away with it.
However both the BBBoC and UKAD sanctioned the use. They permitted and licensed the doping but did nothing to prohibit it.
I hope he learned his lesson from this. Next time I hope he reads which substances are banned and which ones that are not; By abiding by the rules, regulations and protocols of the jurisdiction he is fighting under.
Which in this case was VADA and the U.S. Which so happens to be the gold standard of Anti-Doping testing; So he could avoid situations like this in the future.
Canelo - charged with PED abuse, found to be guilty and suspended.
BJ Saunders said it himself, if you get busted with PEDs you should be banned for life! What BJ Saunders took was 10 times stronger than what clenbuterol and BJ Saunders said you should be banned for life if you take Clenbuterol.
Note: WADA doesn't care about Clenbuterol either.
Note: clenbutorol is banned by WADA, in any amount, at any time, in or out of competition.
And how many times do you need to be told .. BJS hasn't been "busted"
He hasn't even been charged with anything to get busted for!
You and Conte would have a point .. if oxilofrine was listed as an ingredient of the nasal spray BJS used. Going by the VADA statement, it wasn't listed as an ingredient:
"oxilofrine may have resulted from the administration of ephedrine which was also detected but below the decision limit of 11ug/ml. The estimated concentration of ephedrine is 4.6 ug/ml."
If oxilofrine wasan't listed as an ingredient, then both you and Conte are talking rubbish. BJS is a boxer, not a chemist. How was he supposed to know that taking a legal dose of ephedrine could make someone test positive for oxilofrine?

Canelo - charged with PED abuse, found to be guilty and suspended.
BJS - not charged with anything.
Spot the difference?
Dip shyt Saunders will be stripped and suspended it's just has to play out but a matter of time. Just like it took how long until Canelo was suspended? What April 18? Yet the post I quoted you in was in March days after the failed test went public before he was charged, found guilty or suspended. Billy H0e put out statements that Canelo should be banned for life and was forever a drug cheat days after the failed drug test went public with NO trial or suspension yet. You a are fraud with this lets wait before we rush to judge him when you didn't wait for Canelo, Saunders didn't wait. And saying he hasn't been suspended yet so let's hold off LMAO
Canelo tested positive twice for clen - which is banned at all times by WADA - and was charged with PED abuse.
He was also charged with PED abuse by NSAC, the commission responsible for sanctioning the fight, and found to be guilty after an enquiry.
BJS hasn't broken WADA rules, he hasn't broken the Massachusettes Commission rules, and he hasn't been charged with anything by anybody.

Not True Canelo was charged for negligence, of ingesting Cembuterol not for cheating hence the 6 months suspension, instead of 2 years.
as far as the second test failed is ovious Clembuterol stays in the system for months compared to Oxilofrine that stays in your system for 24 hours you do the math. the second test is perform 1-3 days after the first sample of course Canelo was bound to fail it. what counts and that's what the Nevada State Athletic Commission took into consideration is the levels of clenbuterol found on Canelo's system consistent with tainted meat again you can spin it any way possible but Canelo was charged with negligence nothing more hence you and the rest of GGG fan-boys Pissed of the verdict against Da man Ca$hnelo, but the NSAC looked at all the facts unlike you crazy midget minded creatures.

No, the only substance flagged by VADA was oxilofrine. And they said it could have been there because of a legal dose of ephedrine.
VADA have a duty to report their test results, and it's up to the sanctioning and licensing commisions to decide whether to bring charges because of those results.
No charges have been brought by anybody against BJS. So as far as I'm concerned, he is innocent of cheating.

Whatever Canelo was charged with .. he was charged and he was found guilty.
BJS hasn't been charged with anything, and he won't be, because he hasn't broken any WADA rules and all the boxing commissions and sanctioning bodies adhere to WADA rules.

VADA also said in their initial report that the levels of clembuterol in Canelo's system was consistent with tainted meat!!! Did you gave Canelo the benefit of the doubt? Hell NO!!! you judged him, condemned him and crucified him immediately after the initial report so you can't have it both ways.
I'm the kind of person who believes in second chances, and wait for all the facts (as I worked as a counselor, marriage disputes, youth etc.) but I also like to give you insensitive midget minded group a taste of your own hater, rancorous jealous medicine.

So according to your comment, BJS is not even guilty of negligence let alone guilty of cheating?
