After the GGG 2 fight the consensus was Canelo was going to fight Lemieux which to many is a one dimensional, no technic, blocks punches with his face, 4 loss having bum everybody kinda accepted that fact.. but now that hes moving up to 168 to fight a bigger, taller belt having bum to become a 3 weight champion the haters are losing their minds.. fact of the matter is Canelo will never do right in the mind of his haters and critics... do I like who he’s fighting? No. But I’m a realist. I understand that he could fight killers row and still have people talking ****. Once he fights and beats the guy he’s “ducking” they’ll have a new guy come up who he’s ducking it’s never ending. He’ll never make you Guys happy and I don’t think he gives 2 *****s lol.

It's not nor has it been a common thing to do that for over 30 plus yrs. So whenever someone wants to bring up how chavez started 89-0 to try and discredit anyone's modern record, it needs to be put in perspective who 85% of the wins came against. That's it
      big facts!!!!!!

So he would do much better against guys who aren’t bigger than him like Groves. I’ve never understood the whole move to 168 forEubank Jr, ever since he announced that lame fight with Quintana’s for the IBO “title”. Anyways I think Eubank Jr vs Lemieux would’ve entertaining. I’d like to see how Eubank Jr would do against other top middleweights too like a Charlo, Jacobs, we saw him against Saunders and that was a close fight i believe it was split decision I could be wrong. I think he’s improved since then. I think he was afraid of gassing out and thus he gave away almost entire first half of fight. Id love to see a rematch. Some folks love to rip Eubank Jr, but I think they underrate his fighting skills. But I’ll admit he can’t box for sheet

Eubank is a GOOD fighter with a TERRIBLE corner. I havent seen a corner that bad since old Tyson fight when his corners necklace cut him. His cutman was like 90 and the entire time he was shaking in between rounds. His hands were GARBAGE.

Sure Canelo is 'free to do whatever he likes', but that impacts upon the sport. He is acting as he did a few years ago before he fought GGG- like a prima donna.

He's now the WBC/WBA middleweight champion (WBC for the SECOND time), fighting at the actual weight only twice!

I would've thought he at least owes the contenders at middleweight their shot. I would not have minded seeing Lemieux v Canelo, especially to see if Lemieux's excuse about a shoulder injury impeding his performance against BJS was legit.

Lemieux has reportedly serious issues making the 160-pound limit, so why not fight him at a catchweight then?

I was just making observation that they are in different divisions.

Eubanks is a solid fighter. I’d like to see him go against some of those guys. Frankly there are a lot of fights I’d like to see at 160 and 168. Unfortunately most of them will probably never happen.

                  That was another age.

Chávez unified 3 divisions and was the #1 in 3 divisions.

He fought with all the rivals in some many divisions.

He was like 40 years and fought against Tzyu.

This guy can talk about anything he wants

Is anyone surprised by your ****** ass comments that demonstrate your a novice who knows fck all about boxing & hates on Mexican boxers apparently, while hanging off eastern eurobums nuts.

Chavez Jr is beyond a legend because he ducked nobody & gave everyone a shot including young lions & legends alike. What your ****** ass fails to realize is that in many of those yrs he fought up to 6x per yr,& back then fighters would regularly fight far more often than they do now,as well as used to have their promoters/sanctioning bodies pick opponents. Bottom line was Chavez Sr fought literally everyone there was to fight,he fought 6x the same yr he fought Whitaker.

Take your sorry ass back to school BOY.
