Waiting to see when DeezNuts are going to pull the plug on Eddie Hearn, that was an embarrassment last night, I caught the first couple of fights, so terrible, I had to immediately switch to the UFC to watch punk Connor tap out, then I get news about the main event that Eddies biggest signing gets a draw with a current Uber driver that was recently dropped by Mayweather Promitions, DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone with any boxing brains or fan of this sport, would prefer Ortiz/Whyte on its own card rather than Ortiz/TBA as an undercard fight. Ortiz/Whyte is not going to happen on any undercard, you don’t go from headlining your own PPV card to fighting on an undercard to someone is headlining his first PPV card. December 22 make this happen.

What's that got to do with him earning millions from Sky PPV though?

        Nothing...

Ortiz has the date so Whyte is ****ing? Whyte had a date for Ortiz before and Ortiz said he wasn't ready.. what's the difference?

Difference is whytes offering a PPV headline slot. You just don't like the fact it'll take Ortiz off the circus parade that is wilder Vs fury.

        You're an absolute minge.

IF...and I mean IF.. the Whyte fight on the 22nd happens to be against Ortiz, as when asked about it by IFL Hearn confirmed he would be fighting but not necessarily against chisora , I expect you to come out and admit you're wrong about Whyte being a ducker.

You'll always be a minge though

          Like wilder

          Ortiz will duck Whyte

Whyte smokes Ortiz and wilder and all of the Beyoncé fan base know it

Del Boy need to get in the headlines just in case lol. I'm sure he don't wanna lose this payday + opportunity cuz he did well in the first fight & if he can beat Whyte officially this 2nd time around his stock goes up higher than its been in awhile. You could argue he deserves a title fight or I could see him getting picked as a title challenger by any title holder if he were to win.

Ortiz should take the fight on the 22nd. PPV headline at the 02.

Interesting to see Hearn say they were previously talking to Ortiz about another fight. Wonder what that was.

Chisora needs to get his arse in gear if he wants that rematch as the fight for the 22nd , whoever it is, will be announced sooner rather than later.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. And this is the guy's livelihood we're talking about here. Chasing "name value" which has absolutely no fungible value but provides a vague hope that he will be in big fights down the line should everything go his way seems pretty dumb to me and would represent very poor business decision-making.

This is before we consider that he is a British fighter who will probably find the American market more resistant than his own countrymen. He just headlined his own show for the first time and it was a big success... you think the best plan for him is to consolidate those advances by headlining another show against a top opponent? or to go back to the undercard on someone else's show and fight at a time when his own growing fanbase will be asleep?

Ahh, and there it is. "If a fight can't be made with chirosa" only way they book whyte vs ortiz is if they absolutely have to. A fight with chisora with get made.

Dillian Whyte is Uk main event fighter. Why would he fight on American undercards?

Dec 22 PPV is the date. Don't be late, mate!

Part of me thinks Ortiz will duck, since he just wants to prop up the Wilder card. But I hope he chases the date with the most viewers and money instead.
