Then GGG or Charlo in September... time to milk the canelo cash train for GBP....
You're probably right. Charlo is being heavily avoided. I don't see Golovkin fighting him next either. It'd make more sense for Canelo to fight Golovkin next sept. More money, far less risk. Not sure where Charlo can go - probably try to fight Jacobs if he beats D'Chenko. Or Andrade if he beats BJS.

Arent they both ranked about the same??? I think I saw Fielding at #10 and Lemuix #7???

Granted 160 is ten times better. I hate the fight and wont watch it.

Also didnt Fielding start at LHW???

You could also say that of the Lara fight, where he landed 15 power punches to Lara’s face in the whole fight, yet one judge saw him win 9 rounds.

And the Cotto fight, where one judge saw him win 11 rounds.

And the GGG fight, where one judge saw him win 10 rounds.

And the Khan fight, where he was ahead in all 3 cards prior to the KO.

And the Trout fight, where one judge saw him win 10 rounds. Heck, it was open scoring every 4 rounds, and he had it 4-0 for Canelo, even though Trout dominated the first third of the fight.

It was only one bad judge...

          so Canelo can cherry-pick a lame " title "

Its a shame after all he did in the middle weights to get messed about so he should choose his own route. Saunders in the UK will be very big....

they want nothing to do with Saunders, or that fight would have happened twice already

Fielding is amusingly considered a WBA champion despite the fact that the WBA has another champion in that same division who actually ko'd fielding in 1 round. But despite that, the aforementioned gullible fans will celebrate what they'd consider an actual 3rd weight class title. Which is truly laughable. 3. Fielding is an easy win for canelo who more often than not, prefers to minimize risk as much as possible whether we're talking facing c level fighters (liam.smith, chavez jr, Kirkland) or fighters in their mid to late 30s {I.E.mosley, cotto and purposefully waiting out ggg) .

so, Golovkin was not a real champion when he won the WBA "regular" title..... is that what you are saying?

that IS, what you are saying..... right ?

I'm talking about the Floyd fight you moron, and yeah it was just one bad judge (one per fight) 🤣

FFS, I don’t know if the majority of you dudes realise this but boxing actually exists outside of America. “Rocky from Stocky” (Stocky = Stockbridge Village which is a ****hole area of Liverpool) has shown himself to be a tough fighter from the get go, always an underdog but nearly always finding a way. Before and after the Callum Smith fight he has shown he has skills. He let himself down during the Smith fight cause he wanted a war from the get go and ended up getting smashed. Canelo needs to be switched on or he’ll have a tough night. And if Canelo is thinking of warming up for a go at Callum Smith he’s using something besides PEDs. Smith has a strong ametuer background, is 6 foot 3 inches, a skilled tactician with knockout power. Rocky may get sparked out by Canelo but Smith will be one step to far for the tainted beef munching Mexican

if that were the case then yes, he wouldn't be a real champion. Especially if the real champion already knocked his ass out in 1 round. But, do enlighten me, because I recall ggg being the WBA super champion while ndam was regular champion.

IDK, but have now seen both of them. I think Lemieux is a legit top 10 MW.

Fielding has one fight against a legit top SMW and got destroyed in one round.

I’ve watched a few videos and he doesn’t look very good.

Just my opinion. Again I really don’t care about this fight. I’ll watch it of course, won’t pay for it. No problem with a gimme fight. I’ll wait to see who Canelo fights after. He has a lot of options.
