I was a little annoyed with the first KD at the time. A mixture of Johnson being a bit naive, and the ref not being commanding enough.

pretty much..the ref needed to be on the spot to allow Johnson to bring his head back into the ring without getting hit straightaway and Johnson needed to be savvy enough to wait for him to do it.
