The positive test could have come from a below the limit dose of ephedrine. Can't be banning people for that.

The drug policy is very clear, why consume Ephedrine if Oxilofrine is carried over? The ban substance was in his system, END OF STORY.

See that's another problem. Who's drug policy do the commission follow? Their own? Wada, UKAD, USADA etc all allow the drug out of competition, Massachusetts will likely be the same. Do they go against their own rules to enforce VADA's, when it could have been from a legal dose of Ephedrine?

It's all about the integrity of the sport. We are talking about having an even playing field here. The Athletic state commissions can not allow one fighter to have an unfair advantage through the use of juicing and doping up without having any serious ramifications or repercussions behind it.

They have to make an example out of Billy Joe Saunders otherwise these anti-doping protocol agencies would be considered a complete sham or a hoax. It sets a very bad standard if they are going to allow doping in sports. If they do then make it all legal then.

Ephedrine isn't juicing. Not even close. Was used in almost every fat burner product until people started od'ing on it and ****ing up their heart.

Only VADA says it's banned out of competition. He didn't break any commission rules. Even was under VADA's allowed limit.

Other fighters in the past, who had popped for PED use have either been suspended, fined or have had their title belts stripped from them altogether; By both the governing and sanctioning bodies.
