trash fight, and Miller isn't anything to worry about either. His mouth has got him here so far (fair play to him on the promoting of himself) but as soon as he comes up against a heavy hitter who can take the pressure he's going to get folded and will have to humble himself.

Pulev was put in front of him and miller said no.

Miller probably doesn't want the whyte fight that's why. Once he gets a loss his chance of a payday against Joshua is completely gone

No, he wants that fight. He is just being avoided and ducked that's all. The same way Eddie protects AJ. Eddie is protecting all the rest of the stud's in his heavyweight stable.

Conditioning him to be risk averse as a fighter managing a career, which is about as smart as a one legged man entering an @55 kicking contest.

As a promoter that's what you are supposed to do. Just take a look at the World Boxing Super Series. It's a tournament in order to determine who is the best fighter in the division is. Back in the day; Don King used to do this all the time with his fighters. He used to create elimination tournaments, in order to determine who is the an undisputed divisional champion was.

I can remember King inciting his guys..."you gonna let him say that!" I sure miss the cards back then, though I am glad that King is done ripping everyone off.
