Well, not going to compare this fight to Floyd/Manny, but it weird how everyone just automatically blames Mikey. Seems like the Wilder/Fury fight is the biggest culprit for it not happening this year.

I was just mostly saying that some fights take time to make, not trying to actually compare this fight to Floyd vs Manny, but lets see if this fight does materialize and hopefully it does, neither guy is old or retiring anytime soon, so give it some time.

He can't fight Spence or Lomachenko right now anyway, so the Commey fight has to happen or he'll be stripped of the IBF Lightweight belt.

If he's going to fight Loma next, wouldn't you rather it be for the undisputed WBA (Super)/WBC/IBF/WBO/Ring/lineal championship?

It only made sense to drop the IBF belt if he were absolutely sure the Spence fight would be next. Wilder vs Fury put that on the shelf.
