You Floyd huggers need to relax because Floyd demanded a cw on canelo and knew damn well he wasn’t ready for that fight yet that’s the reason he took it.


Floyd is an opportunist plain n simple.

Floyd is an opportunist, but he almost always fought guys that normally were coming off big wins, undefeated, or were highly ranked at the time. Hatton was unbeaten, Mosley was the #1 ranked welter, JMM was #2pfp, Ortiz was the champ beating Berto who was champ for two years, Guerrero was highly ranked and had not lost in 7 or 8 years, Canelo was unbeaten. (a few examples)

Canelo challenged Floyd, and offered to even go to 150 to get the fight in the year prior to when they fought. They settled at 152. Canelo only weighed 153 in the fight before he fought Floyd. Guys like B-Hop said it was a 50-50 fight since Floyd was 36. It wasn't the size or age that made the difference, it was the skill level.

Would depend on the weight. If Floyd makes him go below 154 that would be terrible.
Anywhere from 155-160 this version of Canelo beats this version of Floyd.
Canelo is a much different fighter than 2013. You saw it in the GGG rematch, when Canelo wants to go toe to toe he can effectively against top competition. He was too green to adjust in the first fight.
