I think its more about the ABC group. Most commissions often times don't give a f#ck about this out of competition testing at all. If it was Nevada I think the commission would play a big part of all this, but in MA idk. I bet the WBO is the main shotcaller here & I think they are one of the ABC groups more lax about out of competition testing as well.

I feel like Hearn was being a bit dramatic in saying the fight is 50/50 to happen. I feel like its more like 75/25 to happen. But who knows. He obviously would have more behind the scenes info than I have.

I think Hearn was just saying he really doesn't have a clue at this stage because it's not happened with that commission before and he obviously doesn't know how they work. He came across pretty honest in his assessment.

IMO if they have that power, they start breaking their own rules. That's what makes VADA great and effective. They have 0 stake in any of the fights. They just get paid to play with pee.
