I have to say that even though I like Showtime's product better, I'm going to miss HBO Boxing. I talk a lot on here about production value and HBO patented it. I'll miss the truck and 24/7 and the general excitement and butterflies you got before a big fight. I truly believe the decline started when they encouraged the promoter and network wars by declaring that they wouldn't work with Hamon. Like him or not, that's a lot of missed programming opportunity. They held grudges and it cost them their award winning programming and I'm sure jobs for many.

I don't think hearn is a snake, he's just a shrewd astute businessman. The problem is, he's in the "boxing business" which is run by **** and snakes, so you have to be ruthless to get ahead. Don't hate the player, hate the game. And if you hate the game, then just get out of the game.

Answer me this, who is a bigger sanke, Arum, Golden Fishnets, Dana White, The Money Team, Don King, HBO, Show-almost on-time or Al Hayman???
