Yes it does. It's a stimulate very similar to that of amphetamines. It increases oxygen and stamina levels as well as heart rate, blood pressure levels and is also can be used for weight loss. It's very similar to clenbuterol but is at least 10x more potent.

Saunders talked all that chit about Canelo testing for clenbuterol, irony is this drug he tested for, oxilofrine, is very similar and used for the same purposes. They are both non controlled stimulants used for weight loss.

And Saunders is about to use the same contamination excuse that Canelo did, only he will claim his supplements were contaminated and he unknowingly took this drug. That excuse has been used since the 90s, see RJJ and his positive test for andro.

Its similiar to ephedrine/ephedra which is someone similar to sudaphed in your cold medicine.

It is not a controlled substance, but also not approved by the FDA for any type of use. It has not gotten enough attention from the DEA to make it illegal, probably because it is a mild stimulant compared to something like adderall/amphetamine/meth ect and doesnt really have an abuse/addiction potential.

I mean its a stimulant that could give you energy and in theory help you lose weight but the amount of different "Banned" substances in PED testing is pretty ridiculous. In NCAA college sports, they cant even have caffeine levels past a certain point or its a failure. Sudafed is also a banned substance for NCAA/Olympics, what Saunders tested positive for is very similar. At what point do we decide that every small thing is not worth testing for and stick to only testing for serious steroids and amphetamines?
