I don't really give a **** about Max or Jim as they were grubby corporate shills (Jim is a crybaby corporate shill) I feel for Roy who loses his job and was the only one to accurately call a fight. I don't know how many times Jim gushes over a punch and Roy chuckles and corrects him.

Canelo shouldn't sign a deal with anyone, operate like the true boss he is on a fight to fight basis.

-Lampley will become HBO's Bryant Gumbel; he's been a voice on the network for so long that he's basically defined as the voice of HBO Sports to most people. 'The Fight Game' will morph into a more general sports program, with Lampley commenting on the occasional big fight.

-Kellerman likely gets folded into the boxing coverage on ESPN, adding to his general sports work with the network.

-Roy is likely SOL; he's been tagged as a HBO asset, and any boxing franchise is likely to try and develop their own fighter voice. DAZN may reach out if Ray Leonard flops, but they already have Sergio Mora in the fold.

-FOX will likely look to build their own identity, picking folks from the first stage of the PBC effort, but also incorporating FOX/FS1 talents.

-Derevyenchenko and Jacobs are both Haymon fighter, so expecting them to simply stick with DAZN is a mistake.

So how did that banning all of Al Haymon Fighters decision work out for you HBO???

It obviously wasn't a good move by HBO, but idk if they didn't have their hands tied anyway.

People keep acting like Bob or Al ended HBO Boxing, but HBO ended HBO Boxing by throwing less money at it for 2 f#cking decades & throwing more money into other things that are where they are fighting for new viewers with the likes of Amazon Prime & Netflix.

I will say its ironic that two Haymon guys will be the last HBO fight...or apparently will be anyways cuz I know there was rumors of a Dec. card not long ago so maybe that'll be the last show or maybe Jacobs vs Derevyanchenko will be idk.

It'd be cool if you were right, but idk that Spence will be on DAZN or ESPN anytime soon or Bud or Loma will be on Showtime/FOX or DAZN anytime soon or Joshua will be on Showtime/FOX or ESPN anytime soon. Everyone is still gonna guard their best fighters being on other platforms I tend to believe.
