True. What an unfortunate state of affairs for poor, poor men accused of sexual assault.

Given Ortiz's upstanding personal history and the fact that that the attack was reported over six months ago and the authorities reportedly did an investigation before deciding to bring charges (not to mention that the charges are so specific...) Victor definitely deserves the benefit of the doubt.

In the court, yes, of course. But they wouldn't have brought the charges (six months after the report and after an investigation) if there wasn't any evidence. Your initial post seemed to doubt the existence of evidence...which is an interesting first reaction to the story.
