Last time I checked Ortiz was removed from the IBF,WBA and WBO rankings for failing that test so even if Joshua and Hearn wanted the fight it couldn't be a title fight as it wouldn't get sanctioned.

And even if he was ranked Ortiz brings nothing to the table. Whyte is a bigger fight, Wilder is a bigger fight, Fury is a bigger fight. Ortiz is known by hardcore fans but casuals may only remember him from fighting on the Joshua undercard vs Scott, where he failed to impress. So obviously he won't be first choice for Hearn or Joshua anytime soon.

Yeah do us all a favor mate by having yourself and your friend you mentioned log off and never coming back. The world and NSB would both be a much better place if you did.

You know you are behaving very immaturely. The truth must really frighten you doesn't it? If it does then don't login. There are other boxing websites you can sign up to that share your partial and biased values. What you British fans have to understand is that everybody doesn't have to be an Anthony Joshua fan to love boxing.

You want everyone to love AJ as much you do but that's just not possible or a fact. It's just isn't the way of the world. So get used to it. No more than Money May could make everyone love him either. No matter how much you and your boyfriend you mentioned want fans to love AJ as much as you they are not going to. So you might well come to grips with that and accept the fact.

Excuse me with your elevated moral high ground , i dont really care what you think of any boxer let alone joshua , i will just shut down a wilder fanboy when ever he spouts rubbish and you seem to be doing that almost with every post you write.
I write and talk to anybody with a normal view and opinion but when its with an agenda then they get the full treatment.
I wait for the day when wilder agrees to fight joshua and we can finally settle this.
I hope its april because its waiting for him

Nothing but excuses, PEDvetkin looked like crap against the glass jawed plumber David Price and almost got KO’d yet he somehow got put as a mandatory for a title!

He actually was caught 3x with multiple banned substances that actually enhances performance like Ostarine and still got ranked later rather quickly with all the sanctioning bodies that AJ held titles to, yet Ortiz was cleared due to having proof that he was prescribed medicine by his doctor that simply had an ingredient that’s on the banned list and his medicine was for hypertension an blood pressure which yes, he should’ve disclosed to the NSAC but nonetheless he had proof there was no foul play going on unlike PEDvetkin!

I wonder why no is talking about that especially with Hearn saying a month ago that him and the WBA sanctioning president are close friends!

What you are saying is the absolute truth. Pedvetkin has been popped 3x for doping by VADA and is still ranked within all four major sanctioning bodies.

Yet Ortiz only popped once in a post fight urine test four years ago in Nevada but is currently not ranked in either the IBF or WBA sanctioning bodies and not once has he ever been busted by a VADA pretest for juicing but Pevetkin has 3 times.

Once the WBA learned the Diuretics were not for PED use they should have reinstated him immediately as Joshua's mandatory. Instead the WBA chose to ban him for a full year and removing him from their rankings which was unjust. The man had a medical condition. He wasn't using them to mask PED use.

The saddest part about this is that a prime ortiz would prob run heavyweight. A prime povetkin would have out boxed joshua, a prime wlad would have easily stopped or outboxed johua
Agree. Theres a reason AJ cherry picking these oldies.

It's nobody's fault they were both pushing 50.
Where was he in his late 20's and early 30's? You can't put the blame on someone else.

Ortiz's WBA suspension ends in a few weeks.

Ortiz is currently in the IBF's top 10.

Haymon fighters rarely pursue the WBO title.
