I could handle about 5 to 7 min. of Stephen A., but a whole telecast? Having a panic attack every time one of his colleagues don't agree with him? No thanks.

Does anyone else have a problem watching fights on an app?
Please keep boxing on TV in HD with no lagging, whether it's HBO, Showtime, ESPN, etc.
Just say no to ESPN+ and DAZN!Comment

If this is the beginning of the end for HBO boxing, they will be missed. I grew up waching fights on the network since its inception from Barry Tompkins & L. Merchant to Lampley & Kellerman. The network has given fans some of the most memorable fights & moments in the sports history. Just listen to the "Legendary Nights" series intro, that says it all.

HMM did any of those fights have lead up to them similar to what top rank has?Thurman v. Callazo
Garcia v. Malignaggi...
are just a few others that cleared 1M on ESPN too. I had a link from the sports business journal but I can't find it right now lol but your point is accurate. PBC was doing the same ratings with D level cards that Top Rank is doing with their A team.Comment

I don't think so. Thurman Callazo was on July 11 and Gacria Malinaggi was on August 1.
That's after basketball season abd beforevfootball.
Actually, if my memory serves me right, most of the early PBC cards were sandwiched in that Father's Day - Labor Day window.Comment

More big fights available for free helps to grow the sport.
I feel like unless it’s a household name the fight should be on ESPN or FS1.
That will get boxing back inside the average Americans living room.Comment
