I didn't think Price was gonna be a cat who's quitting fights like this doe which makes him a less desirable guy to beat on vs prospects like this one who is probably overrated due to his amateur status. Although in fairness to Price I don't know how serious his injury was so maybe he shoulda quit, but its hard to have faith in cats who are doing well enough & call it quits whatever the case.
Price was doing OK as I hoped to cash my bet against the odds.

But even when he manages to overcome his own mind's fears as he seemed to have done this time, he just doesn't have the tank to sustain more than a few rounds.

Very strange ending as I was a little late to the party & knew the results before I watched the card. I had it 2 rounds a piece & thought both guys landed some very good shots. Price did look a little tired but far from total exhaustion I had seen in previous fights. He also was throwing his right all the way up to the bell in the 4th. I was looking for a moment where he hurt his right arm throughout the fight but I could not see any indication of discomfort or an injury. Obviously I'm not the one in the ring taking punches but that looked to me like Price just threw in the towel on his own. If that is the case it is time to hang it up but he immediately said he wanted a rematch so maybe there is an injury. He was by no means out of that fight. He said in the post fight interview if it is completely torn he will be done for at least a year. He would be 36 so I'm not sure if he should continue on his Audley Harrison or Tye Fields type career because that is exactly the fighters he reminds me of. Kuzmin scored the biggest win of his career but was robbed of the chance to make a statement in his second step up fight. That is fights with Price & Mansour that ended due to injury so nobody knows how good he really is. Kuzmin vs Charles Martin please!!!!
