Canelo earned it. By a round or 2.... ggg just seemed off tonight. Too slow. But....... at least we got a winner!

What a fight*#CaneloGGG2*I gave the fight to Canelo. It was toe to toe action, Very exciting. Canelo surprised us all with the come forward pressure game plan. Well done to both Canelo and GGG. Boxing needed this*@HBOboxing@GoldenBoyBoxing

      Smith

6-5-1 to Canelo. Great fight. Two top class fighters. Watched that many slow mo replays and rewound just to say “wow” watching Canelo feint the left hook to the body and turn it to something else. I feel for Golovkin. He’s had 24 great rounds & only 1 of the 6 judges gave him it

      Plant

115-113 canelo. Controlled the center of the ring, dictated the pace most of the fight and was the ring general 80% of the time if not more. He was winning a majority of the exchanges. That wins fight. GGG beat him at the jab but jabs don’t out score right hands and left hooks.

      Fowler

Respect to*@canelo*I scored it 115-113 in his favour, he put on a great show and pushed*@gggboxing*back out of his comfort zone, but I don’t think Canelo will ever win the love of the fans back now though after failing that drug test*#caneloggg2pic.twitter.com/mDjmM0E7fC

Listen. If GGG has won I’d still say it was a close fight. A close fight can go either way.*
I scored it ONE round to Canelo. With one round even. If that goes GGG it’s a draw.*
If ONE of the close rounds I go GGG instead i then have GGG the winner.

I think it's the inevitability of it all which annoys people. We knew if it was close that golovkin had no hope of getting it and 1 out of 6 cards in his favour where the majority had him winning both is a disgrace. the cards are bias at the very least and people seem to accept that as part of the sport, as long as it's not an outright robbery people seem to be okay with it so it's not a surprise nothing is done

Don Trella (who scored it a draw in 1st fight) was the same judge who somehow gave ggg the win vs jacobs by a rediculous score of 115-112 as did Steve Weisfeld who scored it for Canelo in rematch. And Dave Morreti out of the 6 judges from both fights was the only judge to score it for ggg( in the 1st fight),he scored 2nd for Canelo. This despite gggs team being allowed to approve the judges for the 1st time in vegas history,& saying after the fight they "did their job fabulously"

This fisheyed chump has the audacity to cry about judges when he hand picks nothing but the most corrupt judges that gift his fighters every rd in a razor close fight or sometimes in fights where they CLEARLY lost, yet here hes been from day1 shamelessly riding gs sack like the biased disgrace to boxing he is. He robbed Garcia vs frampton when garcia won that fight,& he robbed Rosado vs Murray despite it being a very close fight Murray was gifted 10 rds to 2 on 1 card,116-112,& on the only card that made ANY sense 114-114 which is what it should've actually been,a draw.
Yup these werent even the orginal judges and Ref. vegas wanted to use. But team GGG kicked and screamed about so they found a NEW ref. and judges. Honestly I was suprised Canelo's team was cool with Morreti??? Especially after he gave round 3 to GGG when almost EVERYONE gave round 3 to Canelo. But Canelo said *** it! Let GGG get his way.

1 out of 6 scorecards. I gave golovkin 8 rounds in both fights, fights where he outlanded canelo considerably.

It also doesn't help GGG to be backing up when he's the bigger man! Bad optics!
How did you work out he said 9 rounds lol...he said he had goloving winning by 3 ...I scored it 7-4 with one even and it's quite possible an even round can be given especially if you cannot seperate them...round 6 was almost impossible for me to give to one fighter
