So does caffeine, coffee, yerba mate, ect. and those stimulants are longer lasting and less detrimental to your health. ******* is not a PED or so are those thing i aforementioned, and those are more performance enhancing

Don't agree with a ban but a fine is fair, if he's agreed not to do coke and then broken that, it's reasonable to fine him, especially because VADA is underfunded. I don't have a big issue with a fighter doing a few lines, I'm sure lots have done it, but it's not a good look especially at this point, he stalled his career briefly with that Arum stuff, starting to have the feel of a guy who might not reach his full potential because every few months something new happens to slow his momentum. He needs to get active, Munguia at the same age has seen a lot more action and learning fights in 2018.

This might be good for him in the long-term as it should make him focus more on boxing and treating his body right rather than partying.
