Worry about ur guy continiuing to fight cans in the ww division while spence is busy taking out champion after champion.
How champions has Spence took out?? 1 to my knowledge...
How many champions has Crawford took out? 4? 5??
So who's really the one fighting cans??

I hope they do make the fight but I don't think it should be ppv it's not big enough yet it'll flop. Either Crawford should beat Pac first or Spence should be unified champ first to make the fight somewhat ppv worthy otherwise they need to show it on Showtime or ESPN for free. I think they should make the fight now because Crawford doesn't have anyone but top rank guys to fight and Spence is being avoided by Thurman and Porter, plus Mikey may end up fighting Commey. So this would be a good time to make the fight after Crawford wrecks his mando.

First of all, this should be Crawford talking and not Arum! If Arum wants to talk, he knows who to talk to, Al Haymon and Stephen Espinoza!

Espinoza Open to Discussing Bouts Between Showtime, ESPN Boxers
            January 5, 2018:

“Look, if fights present themselves that make sense, we’ll have the discussion. But not only do we have guys with full dance cards, it’s not always as simple as trading fighters. It’s not like trading baseball cards or Pokemon cards. When you’ve put a lot of time and energy and financial investment into developing a group of fighters, or a particular fighter, only to see that fighter go somewhere else for a potentially career-defining fight, it’s tough to sort of identify something that is similarly valuable in return. It’s not just, ‘Here are two similarly known boxers. Let’s trade them.’ It’s not quite as simple as it may seem. But having said all of that, there are always challenges to making deals. If there’s a fight and there’s a demand for it, then we’ll do everything we can to make it happen, as long as it’s under reasonable business conditions and we’re getting value for what we’ve put into the development of the opportunity.”

The potential for dialogue is noteworthy because Arum and Espinoza have had a rocky relationship in the past. Before securing its deal with ESPN late last spring, Top Rank’s fighters appeared almost exclusively on HBO or HBO Pay-Per-View, Showtime’s rival.

Nevertheless, ESPN and Showtime would have to work together if Crawford (32-0, 23 KOs), who’s promoted by Top Rank, is to face either Spence (22-0, 19 KOs), the IBF welterweight champion, or WBA/WBC welterweight champ Keith Thurman (28-0, 22 KOs, 1 NC). Spence and Thurman work with adviser Al Haymon, whose Premier Boxing Champions organization mostly puts its top-tier talent on Showtime.

“We’ll keep an eye on Terence Crawford,” Espinoza said. “To me, there’s an open question there. He’s a really talented fighter, but he’s in a new weight class. So before anyone’s rushing to ask him to fight Keith Thurman or Errol Spence, I think we’re all curious to see how he does in the new weight class. There are conversations to be had probably over time. There haven’t been conversations in the recent past, but we’re open to them.

Stephen Espinoza is intrigued by the idea of having boxers tied to Showtime getting in the ring to face fighters affiliated with ESPN through Top Rank’s partnership with that network. Of course, such synergy will be complicated and will require compromise from both sides. But Espinoza’s willingness to at least discuss matchups fans want to see – most notably Errol Spence Jr. (Showtime) against Terence Crawford (ESPN) – should be considered an encouraging sign for boxing fans.

Im starting to believe arum. spence doesnt speak with the same conviction as he does when he speaks about crawford like he do thurman garcia or porter and everyone else in 147 spence.. Bud was what spence is at 147 nobody wanted to fight him at 140.. Better yet he unified the whole division.. So say what u want but spence knows bud will be the hardest fight so why not wait it out until the last one to unify them all an make big money, but can he wait it out. The fight can be made networks do work together and ppv fights go on ppv not espn showtime or fox. WBA needs to strip thurman. 2019 will be a big year for boxing for sure

Arum changing up once he became aware people were blaming him for the fight not happening after he said what he did about he wouldn't make the fight unless it was a 500k seller.

LMFAO! Hopefully all this talk is just sowing seeds for the fight to happen.

Bob is right. Spence did tell Crawford to clean up his side of the street first while he cleans up his.

                      Bob Arum in June

Crawford-Spence is Impossible To Do Without PPV, Says Arum

There are some hurdles in the way, namely that Spence is aligned with Premier Boxing Champions and Showtime, while Crawford is promoted by Top Rank, which has an exclusive content deal with ESPN.

But with pay-per-view those hurdles could be cleared as both sides could share in the distribution of the event and the economic proceeds that come from it.

"That is absolutely correct," stated Crawford's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, to BoxingScene.com.

"I mean, it is impossible in my opinion to do this fight Crawford against Spence either on ESPN or Showtime without pay-per-view because the legitimate demands for both fighters, and considering what they are both paid in the past, would just make it prohibitive. It would blow Showtime's budget, it would have a big dent in our budget."

                      https://www.boxingscene.com/crawford-spence-impossible-without-ppv-says-arum--129245
So Spence says the same thing Arum said in June but now Arum says Spence doesn't want the fight
